Indtech Capacitor Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Electrical Testing Technician with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering to support our Electrical Products Testing Laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for testing, quality inspection, and validating electrical components, capacitors, and other electrical products as per industry and client specifications.
Conduct routine and advanced electrical testing on capacitors, resistors, and other electrical products.
Perform insulation resistance, leakage current, capacitance, ESR, and other electrical tests.
Operate testing machines such as:
LCR meter
High Voltage Tester (Hipot)
Power analyzer
Oscilloscope
Contact resistance meter
Prepare test setups as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Record test results accurately in testing logs and software systems.
Identify product failures and report deviations to the Quality/Testing Engineer.
Maintain proper documentation of test certificates and daily testing reports.
Follow BIS/ISO or client-specific testing standards.
Ensure calibration of testing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing lab.
Follow all safety guidelines related to high-voltage testing.
Work closely with the production and quality teams.
Report daily test results to the Testing Engineer / Lab Incharge.
Strong knowledge of basic electrical concepts—voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, inductance.
Hands-on experience in operating electrical testing instruments.
Understanding of capacitor testing will be an added advantage.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, report entry).
Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.
